RISKS & DISCLOSURES
Comprehensive disclosures regarding speculative trading risks, decentralized live audio broadcasting, network connectivity limits, and non-custodial smart contract interactions on SolAir.
[01 // MARKET VOLATILITY]
Trading Risks & Meme Coin Volatility
Solana meme tokens and decentralized micro-caps carry extreme financial risk. SolAir is communication infrastructure, not an investment fund or trading advisory.
Zero Financial Guarantees
Meme tokens discussed on live frequencies can drop 100% in value within minutes due to liquidity rug-pulls, developer sell-offs, or sudden narrative shifts. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose completely.
Verify Token Contracts
Impersonation tokens with identical tickers are common. Always independently inspect the exact mint address on Solscan and RugCheck before initiating swaps inside the broadcast player.
[02 // CONTENT DISCLOSURES]
Live Audio & User-Generated Content Disclosures
All broadcasts on SolAir are decentralized and user-generated in real time. SolAir does not pre-screen, censor, or editorially endorse any live voice content.
Unmoderated Market Commentary
Hosts, speakers, and callers broadcast directly peer-to-peer. SolAir has no advance knowledge of statements made on-air. Broadcasters may hold undisclosed positions in tokens they discuss.
Potential Promotional Bias
Community hosts may receive external compensation from token teams to host broadcasts. Assume all commentary could reflect promotional bias and perform rigorous independent due diligence.
[03 // TECHNICAL RISKS]
WebRTC Mesh & Network Dependencies
Live peer-to-peer audio relies on WebRTC signaling servers, STUN/TURN relays, and local ISP network topology.
Strict Firewall Drops
Certain symmetric NAT networks or corporate VPNs may reject WebRTC UDP audio packets. TURN relay fallback handles 98.4% of cases, but occasional packet drops can occur.
Solana Network Jitter
During periods of extreme on-chain transaction volume, RPC latency can delay real-time DEX liquidity updates or cause temporary tipping transaction timeouts.
Microphone Input Constraints
Broadcasters must grant browser microphone permissions. Background tab throttling on mobile Safari or Android Chrome may mute background audio if tabs are minimized.
[04 // NON-CUSTODIAL INTEGRITY]
Smart Contract Security & Non-Custodial Architecture
SolAir never stores private keys or holds user funds in platform escrow.
User-Controlled Wallet Signatures
Every tip and swap requires direct approval in your connected wallet. SolAir servers never have access to private keys or signing authority over your accounts.
Third-Party Aggregator Routing
In-stream swaps route via Jupiter Aggregator contracts. SolAir does not control liquidity pools or AMM curves and assumes no liability for external smart contract exploits.
